Most courses, most scholarships, most part-time and internship opportunities after arrival. Start preparing 9–12 months earlier.
January / Spring
Fewer courses, quicker decisions, good for students who finished exams late or want to improve test scores.
May / Summer
Available in countries such as Canada, the UK (selected courses) and the UAE. Check course availability early.
Work backwards
- 12 months before: profile evaluation, shortlist, IELTS/PTE plan.
- 9–6 months: SOP, LOR, applications.
- 6–3 months: offers, deposit, loan and scholarships.
- 3–1 months: visa file, accommodation, forex, flights.
